Family Life alignment (FLA) is a non-profit organization with a mission and vision to empower immigrant families and communities.
FLA recognizes and understands the struggles and challenges that most families face when they migrate to the US. FLA comes in a “tour guide” to orient, guide and help immigrants navigate the new and foreign system they encounter in the US, so as to facilitate their establishment and stability in the US. FLA ensures that families avoid some of the common mistakes that immigrant families typically make because of lack of information and/or orientation.
FLA believes that there is power in community living and mentorship and thus provides the following services:
FLA is committed to reaching out to the community through quarterly workshops, seminars, conferences and symposiums. We can also be booked for special events as needed.
